Was born in 1964 in Almaty. In the early 1990-s represented his artworks at first exhibitions held by young Kazakhstani artists and sculptors in Europe (France, Germany, Belgium), and also held solo exhibitions in Kazakhstan, Russia, Germany and the USA. In 2000 he was awarded the "New Name" nomination in the field of fine arts of the First National Tarlan Prize for his contribution to the development of contemporary art in Kazakhstan, . In the 2000's Eduard continues with active exhibition activities, participates in art seminars and symposiums, masters new techniques for working with metal and ceramics, embodies a number of large projects in urban and natural environments, as well as a series of monumental ceramic cache-pots for public interiors. He held more than forty personal exhibitions and participated in more than 130 collective exhibitions. In 2011 Eduard Kazarian was awarded the "Gold Medal" of the Ministry of Culture of Armenia for his contribution to the development of Armenian culture. Currently, he continues to work with bronze, steel, ceramics, implements architectural and art and public art projects, and he is engaged in monumental sculpture. His artworks are kept in private and public collections in Kazakhstan and abroad.
